General & Payment
International: PayPal, ko-fi, Vgen (USD)
Local: BCA, OVO,Vgen (IDR)
The commission working will start when the payment is confirmed at the start.
The payment can be done 50%-50% or 100% upfront (like VGen & Ko-fi).
Bring your concept, reference, character sheet, anything that will help the process.
Unless it's a Surprise Me/SKEB commission, then the communication will keep minimum as possible.
The commission working may take up to 7 to 14 days (may be less) to complete depending on the commission type.
You have the right to set a deadline, however the deadline must be informed prior to payment because there will be an additional fee for short deadlines.
I have the right to reject a commission request for any reason.
I will send the final artwork after all the payment is fulfilled.
Revisions
You can revise 3 times during the sketching and/or lineart phase. Only minor revisions during the coloring and/or rendering phase.
I will not accept revision after the final artwork has been sent.
Use & Intellectual Property Rights
DO NOT use the commission for NFT, AI image generators, and/or cryptocurrency.
Clients can post or share the artwork but (please) mention or credit the artist.
Unless an NDA has been agreed upon, I am allowed to publish the final artwork on my social media and portfolio with the commission watermark.
Printing personal-use commission is allowed for personal collection by the client only.
Re-work, re-draw, re-purpose or selling personal-use commissions is prohibited.
Commercial Use Commission
+75% total commission price for streaming asset's purpose, promotional material, social media contents, monetized contents (ex. Music video, etc).
+100% total commission price for selling product purpose (ex. Merchandise, novel covers, etc).
Refunds
There will be no refunds after the payment is done. Unless there are unforeseeable circumstances that cause the artist to be unable to finish the work.
